Daedalian Dice is not responsible for any products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. In addition, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or compensation for issues listed below:

• Minor cosmetic damage. (All our items are hand-made and may come with minor cosmetic damage, such as, but not limited to: small scuffs, micro-scratches, and mold marks. Larger cosmetic flaws are listed as “B-Grade” sets, and described in the individual product’s description.)

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping within the United States at this time. We are looking to extend our range soon.

Orders are shipped 5-7 days from when your order is placed.

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery estimates. Standard shipping averages 3-5 days, but can be affected by unforeseen events such as weather or handling delays.

While we have made every effort to display the colors and images as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor displays the colors correctly. To combat this, we include photos of our products in both sunlight and shaded environments. Make sure to look through all product photos before making a purchase.

Our dice are cast under pressure to eliminate bubbles and are perfectly balanced for standard gameplay. In fact, handcrafted dice are usually more balanced than machine manufactured.

If you are interested in dice made for high-stakes gambling, please seek dice created specifically for that purpose. We do not offer those products here.

All of our dice are made with high quality resin and pigments. They are very durable, but sharp objects may scratch the faces. We recommend using a felted dice tray for your rolls to avoid accidents.

Currently, we only offer standard 7-piece polyhedral dice sets and single D20s. If you would like a specific style outside of our offered products, we encourage you to reach out about a custom commission!
