This website is run by Sabrina and Dan, jointly “Daedalian Dice”. Throughout the website we may use “we”, “us”, and “our” to refer to Daedalian Dice.

By visiting Daedalian Dice and/or making a purchase, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these Terms. These apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to visitors, customers, and contributors.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion by posting revisions on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

All products are handmade, meaning slight variations, cosmetic flaws, or mold marks may occur on products. We reserve the right to determine and adjust product pricing at our sole discretion.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuations..

BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. These restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, credit card, or billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right decline orders that, at our discretion, seem to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are prohibited from using this site or its contents to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights. All content on Daedalian Dice, including logos, images, text, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Daedalian Dice and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

RETURNS

Daedalian Dice is not responsible for any products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. In addition, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or compensation for issues listed below:

  • Buyers remorse

  • Minor cosmetic damage. (All our items are hand-made and may come with minor cosmetic damage, such as, but not limited to: small scuffs, micro-scratches, and mold marks. Larger cosmetic flaws are listed as “B-Grade” sets, and described in the individual product’s description.)
